While washing delicate and air drying will prolong the life of any garment, including our leggings, we tested our leggings over a year's time, washing and drying on all heat cycles. Our leggings will not pill, stretch, sag or lose their shape when washed and dried on high heat. 
TIPS FOR THE BEST FIT: Put on the leggings and take a stroll around the house! Do a couple stretches to make sure that the leggings grip and move with you in a range of motions.
